This page explains what happens to the information you give us through this website, mostly through our quote forms, and who else handles it.
What you send us
To ask for a quote, you give us your name, your email address, the kind of job and a description of what you need.
The full quote form also lets you add a phone number, a link to your artwork, and how many, what size and when you need it. All of those are optional.
How we use it
We use it to handle your request: to understand the job, prepare a quote and write back to you.
Your request reaches us as an email with your address set as the one to reply to, so when we answer, the reply goes straight to you.
Links to your artwork
If you send a link to artwork or references, we may open it and look at what it shows to handle your request. The website itself doesn't open the link. It passes the address on with the rest of your request, so everyone who receives the request can see it.
Your files stay with whichever service you shared them from, under that service's terms. Share only what you want us to see.
Spam checks and hosting
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a request comes from a person. When you fill in a form, your browser loads Turnstile from Cloudflare, which collects information such as your IP address and details about your browser and device. When you send a request, our server also gives Cloudflare your IP address as part of the check.
Cloudflare uses this information to tell people from bots and to improve its bot detection. It says Turnstile doesn't read what you type into the form.
Vercel hosts this website. When you open a page, it receives your IP address and details about your browser and device, and it records information about visits in its own logs.
This website doesn't use analytics or advertising, and it doesn't set cookies of its own. Turnstile may use cookies or similar storage in your browser while it runs its check.
Who receives your information
Your request is emailed to DPI and to DPI's website service provider, which receives a copy for website support and to check that requests are being delivered.
These services handle it for us:
- Vercel hosts this website and runs the code that receives your request. Read Vercel's privacy notice.
- Resend sends your request by email to DPI and to DPI's website service provider. Read Resend's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare runs the Turnstile spam check. Read the Turnstile Privacy Addendum, Cloudflare's privacy policy and Cloudflare's cookie policy.
- Google Workspace hosts DPI's email, where your request arrives. Read Google's privacy information for Workspace.
How long it's kept
Your request stays as an email in DPI's inbox and in the website service provider's inbox until it's deleted.
The services above keep their own records for periods set by their own policies, such as Resend's copy of each email it sends, Vercel's logs and Cloudflare's spam-check data. Deleting a request from our inboxes doesn't remove those.
